Our Remote Player Development Program is for those who want to take their training and development to the next level.
This program takes a detailed look at individualization while pinpointing how to remain consistent in efforts to stay on target for an athlete’s realistic goals.
Each remote athlete is required to undergo a comprehensive assessment with our Remote PDP Evaluation. Our coaches use this evaluation to create an individualized program for each athlete.

Our Remote PDP system is a 12-week (minimum) program created to outline goals and proper avenues of development to reach an athlete’s specific needs.
We use Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure your baseline and your progress. Program and progress is kept in your TeamBuildr profile. Between our departments, each athlete will have open communication to address any questions or concerns. In order to optimize your PDP training, all athletes are encouraged to have access to some training tools listed below.
We provide a detailed approach of how to make an athlete the best version of themselves. This means you’ll receive consistent coaching and accountability while also taking ownership of your success and developing your personal training routines. When we said this was for serious players only, we meant it.
Ascent Athlete and its PDP members have seen over $2M in scholarship money as a result of continued enrollment and training. Our network includes 30 MLB organizations, over 50 Division 1 schools, and countless other local and national collegiate programs.
